thanks for the response. i am currently drinking one in the morning when i wake up, one right after workout, and one right before bed. also should i drink it on the days that i am not working out?
 
Taking a protein shake on your rest days is a MUST IMO. While you are resting, you are growing, and protein aids that mucho big time.

I'd look into casein protein before you sleep. Casein protein is a slower digesting protein, that will allow for protein digestion for up to 6 hours, where as Whey protein has faster digesting qualities (which is GREAT for PWO).
 
thank you, should i also take it three times a day on the days i dont work out (i've been doing it twice, evening and before bed). also i want to gain some mass and im planning to get some mass powder from my local fitness store. when should i take the mass powder? also should i take them at the same times as protein?

The casein you would take just before you go to bed, when you get the mass powder I would take that right before bed or as soon as you get up. You can take two whey shakes a day if youd like one preworkout and one post.

Workout Days: WHEY when i wake up, and one after i workout, then Mass before bed
NON Workout Days: WHEY when i wake up, one with lunch

is this good?

on workout days i take whey before and after my workout and casein before i go to bed

non workout days i take whey in the morning and in the afternoon and occasionally casein at night
 
i want to have the mass powder instead of casein. so with the mass powder is the routine okay?
