Protien cookie recipe..Got one?

Mythicalbeing

New member
Worth karma from me, after I cook um up, I've been trying to figure one out and they all taste bad, but am close....

whole bag of betty crocker peanut butter cookie mix,
same amount of vanilla protien
8 egg whites
low fat cooking oil 1/2 cup.

problem here is the vanilla over powers the peanut butter, they taste like crap warm, and are "OK" after they cool.

Any help?

hehehe,
best pbutter cookies ----

half cup of creamy pbutter (natural kind is better but high fat) but kraft smooth light or whatever is ok
half cup sugar
ONE EGG

if u got too much of one item it wont taste right, now i bet u can add some protein whey vanilla into it maybe just a lil less sugar if your going to
havent tried it but without the whey its still a good snack, i like to take something to the gym with me to ingest the second im done working out, a pbutter cookie is perfect

I tried the recipe, and the cookies are good, but same thing happens when I add whey....you gotta choke um down....and by adding whey you also need to get the batter moist....that's problem two....anyone else?

Well the bars didn't fair so good either....but adding whey to oatmeal cookies did....

Follow directions for oatmeal cookies, add 1/3 oil with 5 eggwhites, and add same amount of vanilla whey protien...cook and wala...protien cookies!!
