any feedback from this website? it looks pretty cool ...you can make your own designer shake...add glutamine or creatine or whatever you want really. was wondering how the quality is and if anyone has put together their own shakes while on a cutting diet?

bump..

I would like to know the same. I usually go to allthewhey.com. I have heard of this site before but never went there. I didn't know it was customizable. :D Sounds awesome.

yeah...from the looks of it you can pretty much do anything...you can choose if you want whey, casein, soy....you can do a mixture 80% whey 10% soy 10% casein. i would just like to know the how the quality of the protein is

trueprotein.com is much better IMO. Check out my response to another post a few posts above this one about quality proteins.

I buy a few powders from proteinfactory. No supplements or anything like that - just protein and carbs. They do what they say, so I'm satisfied, but they're not always the cheapest.

Also, never use their "make your own custom mix" feature. You are much better off just ordering the individual powders and mixing them yourself so you can tweak the ingredients if you want or even go in a totally different direction. I make my own custom shake mix every morning by combining the individual ingredients.

FWIW, I buy mostly hydolyzed proteins and carbs from them. Unadulterated simple hydrolysates are tough to find and proteinfactory sells lots of them, so I use them as a one-stop-shop for the nasty stuff. I've also bought dextrose and maltodextrin from them, although those are available elsewhere for less.
