whats a good blend that i could take morings, post workout and at night. including things like glutimine peptides and BCAAs

I use protein factory's formulas - breakfast and night formula, they also have a post workout powder also.

I have been ordering a 30%CFM Whey/70% Micellar Casein blend from www.proteincustomizer.com that I would use to replace a meal and have before bed. If you want to use the same blend for PostWorkout also, Up the CFM whey a bit.
Milk Proteins are naturally high in Glutamine, but Dave will add them for you if you wish. I would shoot for 5grams of BCAA per serving if possible.

I just use milk isolate, 20% whey 80% casein and it's pretty cheap with a good texture.

how about taste?.....
i got milk isolate from protein factory and though it was terrible. not to mention that it always had little clumps that wouldn't mix.

I am using the milk isolate from proteincustomizer (I have both chocalate and vanilla). I really do not find the taste to be all that bad. If you mix it with milk it does have a decent milky flavor. It mixes pretty well too.

Obviously it does not mix or taste as well as say a VP2 but it is a different animal and not too bad for what it is.

Just my 2 cents.

supplementdirect unflavored whey is the best

if you want casein eat cottage cheese

if you want milk protain drink milk

if you want egg protein eat egg whites

etc

well , for those cutting that want casein in their diet, most don't want the lactose and fat along with it. which is why i feel a need for casein or milk protein powder.

Why did you interject your brand of unflavored whey into this?

And I can do without the sodium and lactose in milk and cottage, its all yours fatty.
