i eat 3g per lb on cycle and 2-2.5g per lb off cycle spread between 10-12 meals. i think these statements of how much you can digest at a time are extremely inaccurate. there is definately a limit but that limit changes all the time depending on what you are doing, what you are eating, and who you are. there is no set number. it could be between 30g and 100g probably.

True, it isn't like the body only accepts X amount per hour. It's very hit and miss. The key is to always have protein available. Whatever isn't used is evacuated.
 
Alot also depends on the bodys efficency in absorbion,BMR,type of protein....etc, for Example a shake will be digested more efficiently than a 12 oz steak!
