Protein while on CYCLE

What is everyones favorite protein that is reliable for that matter? Natural protein is obviously the best but while on cycle what is the best protein powder? I used to get Whey To Build but they are out of stock and I need to order something. I have been researching Muscle Egg anyone have experience with it? Natural Egg White protein (sounds good to me) what are your thoughts? How many shakes/grams per shake is wise to have while on cycle?
 
I've been using carnivore and love it. Although I was just told about pre digested proteins which I know nothing about :p lol
 
how many times a day and what part of the day is the best time to have protien shakes and how many grams per shake? currently i have two a day 1 AM and 1 after a work out with approx 60 grams protien each shake...really wanting to try this new muscle egg protein but want reviews! nublend is worth a shot, WTBM was my favorite but they dont have any right now!
 
you don't need any protein at all. all you need is a flintstone vitamin and to make sure you say your prayers at night.

I like whey isolate,,we use Synthepure.
 
Protein is pretty much protein. Except for soy and GEAR Soy is an incomplete protein low in essential amino acids. And GEAR contains super plasma protein which is the only substance proven to create more muscle tissue without an increase in calories.

I have to laugh when people say one brand is better than another brand when both companies get their protein from the same exact outlet.
 
I have just obtained a powder that's a combine of whey, casein, egg and soy. i'm one of the community who thinks the oestrogen possessions is way overhyped, so a lot of amazing vegan athletes and bodybuilders eat plenty of soy and kick ass
 
the only thing wrong with soy protein is that they are incomplete.. therefore are not ideal for building and repairing muscle. Protein is protein, but it can be very beneficial to take certain types at certain times.
 
I go for optitmum nutrition.. stuff can be found everywhere and is a very good standard..

Basically this OP. All these compa is are the same really. Only difference is flavour and what you can stomach easier
