What is everyones favorite protein that is reliable for that matter? Natural protein is obviously the best but while on cycle what is the best protein powder? I used to get Whey To Build but they are out of stock and I need to order something. I have been researching Muscle Egg anyone have experience with it? Natural Egg White protein (sounds good to me) what are your thoughts? How many shakes/grams per shake is wise to have while on cycle?
