protein shakes

about 3-4 daily.
Becasue I eat every 2 hours, I cant afford to use Lean meat for all those meals.1 shake 2 hours after breakfast, then 1 PWO and 1 Before bed. I somtimes Will have or 2 more during the day only when lean protein isnt available.
 
I take one right after i wake up with a plate of oatmeal and a animal pack, another shake (40gr protein) after workout, then 120gr of chiken breast with rice, 2nd meal with chiken, 3er meal with chiken, 4th meal with chiken, 5th meal with chiken and a shake before bed. Some days i subs. the chiken for salmon. Does this sounds OK? Any suggestions?
 
What do you guys think about Elite 12hrs from dymatize for the last shake b4 bed (21gr)?, i tried to get casein but here in mexico it's hard to get. Would you recomend something else?
