What brand and type do you guys use, I just got done with ISOPURE and looking for any other types to use this isopure stuff is not for me.

Prolab... mmmm... yummy. Well kinda, it doesn't taste that great, but its definetly one of the better tasting shakes ive had, and at an acceptable price also.

I love the ISOPURE variety box from GNC, you gotta love the Stewarts rootbeer ORANGE CREAMSICLE clone that ISOPURE puts out. Only problem is the 25g carbs that come with it, but if you are watching ur carb intake anyways, it shouldn't be too much a problem.

I personally have always used ISOPURE, and OPTIMUM Whey, as well as GNC Brand. MetRX is good also.

Another vote for regular myoplex. Be sure to use a blender and ice - tastes so much better

I use optimum nutrition and think its great ..well for a protein shake!

I use Precision Engineered Whey Protein. You can buy 5.75lbs for about $55 dollars at Vitamin World. So for it does the job, all I do is add ginger and liquid amino fuel and im good to grow.Has anyone here used this brand before?, and what did you think of it?.PE@CE!K.D.

Go here -> www.proteinfactory.com and cook up your own blend. Read the info on all of their different types and then choose one or have them mix a few together.

I use this after workouts with 50g dextrose (smells and tastes like ass, but it digests very quickly)
-- 10% glutamine peptides
-- 50% CFM whey isolate
-- 10% hydrolyzed casein (avg molecular weight: 360)
-- 20% hydrolyzed whey (avg molecular weight: 520)
-- 10% super bovine serum

I take this before bed (tastes kinda like milk and digests very slowly)
-- 30% micellar casein
-- 20% calcium caseinate
-- 10% CFM whey
-- 10% glutamine peptides
-- 10% egg white protein
-- 10% yolk powder
-- 10% super bovine serum

They sell whey concentrate for $8.79/lb, you pick the flavor and sweetener.

I just got some of this new stuff from Syn Trax called nectar, its a whey protein isolate, and comes in different flavors like apple, and berries, and is the bomb. 1 serving is 23g protein, no fat, no sugar, no carbs - and the taste is f'in good
