Click to expand... Well i'm eating 400mg protein per day and i eat 5 meals. I just eated meal with 110g protein. Hmm mayby i'm doing somethin wrong in my diet

Click to expand... Actually, whey protein isolate is the most absorbable protein there is. Most WPI has close to 98% bioavailibility. -Stew
