Protein help

Every protein I have used fucks up my stomach. I have recently been trying to get all my protein from food, ie: tuna, chicken, fish, ect. It is almost impossible. I have to eat costantly. Does anyone have any suggestions.
 
no idea bro. I definetly need to get some better tasting shiat though. The shiat I get @ protein factory is pretty nasty. :(
 
I have literally tried almost everything on the market. I even have trouble with protein bars. I have IBS so that is part of the problem. My diet is very strict with almost no dairy or sodium, because it irritates the IBS>
 
isupure is whey protein isolate .

it's not supposed to bloat you. i will still make you fart a lot though!!

IBS...that changes things alot. Have you tried taking protein along with a fibre powder drink mix? (Metamusil, like 10 grams fiber)
 
If you are lactose intolerant which it sounds like, then try using a microfiltered whey isolate or an ion exchange whey isolate or a cfm whey isolate. There lactose free. I'm guessing your using a whey concentrate ?

No, no I haven't. I will try that. I had the Ibs under control, and could eat and take anything just fine, but then the FDA pulled Lotronex off nthe shelves. Since then, I have to be extremely strict with my diet, and even then I feel like shit a few days a week.
 
IBS can differ alot, so depends on what you experience. But not to get too personal, if its making you run to the bathroom alot when you have the shakes, try taking a fiber shake before the protein shake. Metamusil, makes sugar free (also Equate Brand makes sugar free at walmart) try like 10 grams, and see, then maybe increase depending on your needs. (DISCLAIMER: I'm not a doctor, and not an expert on IBS....but i know some whom this helped)
