Man protein factory has too much stuff. I was gonna get some things from there but i just don't know wut i want and wut is good, too many choices. Does anyone have any insight on wut is good there, besides the things in Nelson's sig?

my stats are 5'10" 215 12%bf, finishing off a 22 week test E/EQ run. Just like to run something good during PCT and off time, since i'm gonna be off for so long. Would like to get to 10% bf and stay above 200. usually i have to choose one or the other, when i get to 10% i can never stay above 200.

also trying to maintain, cycle like, strength, endurance, and pumps. Have some Raw MCC and AMP 02, which is working good. so that might be enough. I originally went to Protein Factory looking for some killer protein combos and found out that they had much more

Also a good supp that I use by MRI is the CE2 creatine...I juiced for a long time and I only benched 315 for 4 reps one time and that was laste year and I was on that alone and a good diet- T athe time I weighed in at 187 with low bodyfat

I'll try to sum some things up as simply as possible.

For PCT, you can't go wrong with UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE

To be honest, you're not going to get a better stim than Amp02 so I won't even try to sway you otherwise. ZIP is a nice non stim addition for fat loss.

As for protein, I use a combo of 50% whey isolate, (fast absorbing) 25% miceller casein (slow absorbing) and 25% egg white (medium absorbtion) and flavor it myself with either Nestles Quik or vanilla syrup but they'll flavor it and sweeten it any way you like.

The absolute best product for gain and pumps is BIG BLAST which has spray dried plasma protein which is in another league. Seriously, I hate the term "steroid-like gains" but this stuff will make you feel full and strong like no other OTC product. The "Tropical Orange" flavor is amazing.

Then of course there are more specialty products for specific needs -- water retention, multi vits, fat loss etc.

Creatine P 12 is the most stable form of creatine. It doesn't beak down into creatinine. That's also in BIG BLAST.

A little acne is to be expected in some people when testosterone levels are increased.

Yeah, honestly....the CyoGenX is a must have when you're on a cycle.

Some protein is nasty tasting. That's why hydrolyzed is usually only in tabs. It's great stuff but tastes like ass. Ion exchanged and isolate are the cleanest.

I will also say that the PF vanilla leaves something to be desired, but that's just my tastes and honest opinion. Like I said, I'd rather use my own vanilla flavor. (U-Bet syrup and vanilla extract -- yum). But when you can get any protein combo you want at wholesale price, that's too good to pass up.

I agree they've got a lot of formulas, maybe too many, but BIG BLAST is the best seller and with good reason. It's the only product with 100% approval rating.
