While I like their products, their service is somewhat lacking. I've had orders take 2+ weeks before while some come in about a week. Just depends on how busy they are. Customer service isn't that good from them -- but, how much service do you need for a basic protein order? Not much...
Their protein was good, but not super consistent. I always ordered the same blend, but it would come with slight moisture variances, taste variances and color variances from bach to batch. I assume this is because they are custom mixing the orders and it just varies from person to person who processes the order... I was overall pleased with the quality of their protein though.
I've actually started buying recently from www.allthewhey.com -- not really out of displeasure with proteinfactory (of course, protein factory hasn't generated enough customer loyalty to keep me there or I wouldn't be trying alternate places) -- just wanted to try something different. I think there are a number of quality, low-cost protein sources out there.

But allthewhey doesn't offer as many options. I like a blend of whey, whole egg and casien and I can't get that from allthewhey.

Speaking of Protein Factory what do you guys think would be the best protein mix to get from them?
