Protein difference ????

Do you guys think there is a real big difference between different protein types? I'm taking soy protein and it seems a little denser than whey protein.
 
Each type of protein contains a different amino profile. Some proteins such as egg album and milk casiente provide sustained amino release; conversly, whey is digested very quickly. Unless you're a woman, soy is a terrible source of protein. Soy blocks estrogen receptors causing a rise of estrogen levels in the body. Unless your going for the bitch tit look i'de strongly advise against supplementing with soy products.

He's right bro...They are VERY different.

Soy is a good protein to have in your arsenal. But I agree, it shouldn't be the only protein you use.
 
Hte only time whey alone is helpful is during your post workout meal (along with a creaglut/dextorse cocktail). Whey is digested within an hour and leaves the body craving more. I would stack egg ablum/milk casiente with whey during the day and take only egg album/milk casiente at night, ensuring sustained released aminos.
