I just did a breakdown on the diet I've been on for the last 1.5 weeks and it broke down to Total Cals:2200
Total Pro: 237
Total Carbs: 127
Total Fat:70
The ratios break down to Pro:45%
Carbs:24%
Fat: 29%
I want to see if I can maintain this as a base diet to keep my bodyweight while burning some fat. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I'm only supplementing with ZMA and Whey.

I personally would keep your protein as it is, but slightly bump up your carbohydrates and reduce your fat intake. I find a protein/carb/fat ratio of 40/40/20 is optimal for most people to loose fat, while still maintaining optimal training intensity and keeping all their muscle mass.

Some fat is needed and important for hormone production but your calories are better spent on carbohydrates. Carbs keep the muscle full and are the primary energy source used during weight lifting.
