So i was wondering how do you make protein bars at home.. don't really feel like paying 4-5$ for one bar
i tried buying the ones on this site but i live in canada and it doesnt ship here

flavors? Well, I pretty much stick to the peanut butter/original flavor. but, I've heard all the others are good. Maybe someone else will chime in with their favs?

i have a thread up as a review of the sour apple bars. they are easy to make just follow directions on the package... all you need is water, pb, honey, a bowl, and something to press them in

Bro..have you looked into them yet? They are awesome with a ton of flavors and you make them when you are ready. They blow those store bought pre-packed bars out of the water and have better quality ingredients!

Go to GNC during gold card week and ask to clear them out of their soon expiring protein bars. I often do this and usually bring home 70+ bars for $35ish...HUGE discounts.

Just beware the ones with high sugar alcohol content - unless you love frequent explosive trips to the bathroom (yea i learned the hard way).
