Ive been trying to take powder protein supplements for a couple of months now and I just cant stand it. I've tried to sip it too keep from drinking it too fast, but I just cant. When I chug it, I violently gag, and today I threw it right back up into the sink. Ive tried mixing the powder with water, milk, and chocolate milk. Ive even been through four different brands, and each one was worse than the last.
Im just trying to gain a bit of muscle mass around the shoulders and lats and loose a bit of my lovehandles to get a better V shape. Is there any other kind of supplement anyone would recommend me take?
