I placed my order for TARGEX BURN back on Apr. 16, 2008. Used pay pal that day to submit payment. Seems they didnt get there payment until Apr. 21, 2008. This is typcially becasue the company that was paid didnt take their money. So 5 days were lost there.

It is now May 1st and I have still not recieved my order. I also have not received any email notifications, other then the 1st one when I placed my order making me aware of my order/shipping status. When i go to their site, it does not tell me the shipping status.

The site is also broken. Dead links, missing images. And the function to send a contact us email is not working. You can type in it, but when you click send, it doesnt do anything.

There are no phone numbers on the site. The 1 number I found was in my Paypal details email. I get vmail. Left a message, no return call as of yet.

Everything about my experience with them so far has been unprofesional. Probably a guy who mixes crap in his basment and hires a kid to build his web site. and sharges $47 for shit that probably doesnt work.
 
you dont get to command what people should or shouldnt do.

you get to tell them about your experience.

Not every single order with a place is going to go perfect. Thankfully we have the man who owns the place right on this site. Its just that easy to send him a pm.
 
dude 10 days and your making a fuss? chillax bro. It will get there im sure. Also, you could simply pm or email the sponser and im sure he would be more than happy to assist you, rather than putting his business out there like that. learn some patience. good luck w your order.
 
nygiants, I apologize for your wait. First, we don't manually accept payments through PayPal, that is an automatic thing once PayPal confirms the money is present, but I'm no PayPal expert which is why we are trying to get things set up for CC processing. An email has been sent to you and the order will be reshipped first thing tomorrow morning. We have been running about 2 days behind on everything, but sometimes things do get lost in the mail. When an order is processed, PayPal is supposed to send an automatic notice which could be another quirk such as PayPal taking so long to accept your payment. Things like this don't happen often, but it is part of the pains of starting up and trying to keep track of too many things.

I do apologize that you have had to wait, but it is being reshipped. We will also be working out some kinks in the phone system this weekend.

Actually, with a PM, it would get my direct attention every evening when I log in unless I'm out of town, but I'm never out of town for more than 2 days.

Something else to keep in mind for everyone is that Proteabody as well as most board sponsors are typically not large companies with on-demand support We all try as hard as we can, and I'm still trying to get some things lined up better for customer support. If we are a day or two late on notifying, it shouldn't be an alarm. Alot of places may have real time processing but not everyone has that luxury since it either has to be automated or has to have someone sitting there 24/7 working around the clock.

I will be training someone during the next two weeks to work on all things (processing orders) each day so that any hang-ups will be nil to nothing.

I'm not sure if other sponsors would mention how they work or try to work from the inside, but right now I do feel that I need to justify a few things and explain as well. Normally, paypal approves a purchase, the next day a mailing label is processed and either that day or the next day (depending on when things are observed) the order is packaged and mailed. Beginning tomorrow, that WILL be the case as I'll be training a person to take care of it so that I do not have to juggle a million things at once.
