ive got a problem, and i realise it, and i tell myself im gonna stop.. but it seems that ever so often, the need arises again and i find myself paying for sex once again.

i dont do it that often but i realise that every time can be your LAST time. if you know what i mean. its dangerous and i urge anyone here who pays for sex to stop doing it.

any effective ways you know that can help me quit?

dude I am by no means baggin on Singapore I have been there many times and love it, but there is so much prostitution there that I think it would be hard for many. I mean Orchard Tower....

Damn, this is all so silly. Just use condoms and use them correctly. I know a few people with HIV and they all got it from not using condoms with penetration. I don't know of anyone who got HIV from using protection. Only one guy I know claims to have gotten it from oral sex but I don't think his story is credible. People lie about their sexual practices. They feel ashamed to admit that they had sex without condoms. I'm not judging at all, by the way.
At one point, Illinois had one of the highest rate of abortions in the nation. Do you think these woman are using condoms with their partners? Luckily in a lot of these circumstances an abortion is all they have to do to reverse the unwanted consequence of "natural" sex. And unfortunately in fewer cases some become infected with HIV.
