Prostate issues- some help

Hi guys, i am 48 and think i have some prostate issues. In good shape, not overweight and in good health. Here is my issue..
Been using T replacement ( 100 mgs per week) on and off for a few years but also notices i urinate more frequently and my stream isnt as strong.
Went to a Uro who said my prostate was " slightly enlarged" but normal for my age. I never retain urine and i have no obstruction; he performed a cyscoscopy ( a scope gets inserted through your penis and into the prostate and the bladder.
He said my prostate was a bit red( some minor inflammation) but nothing comes up in a culture. If i am always emptying my bladder, could the prostate still be causing urination issues or is it something else?
My blood work shows the following on day 7 after injection of 100 mgs:
Total test : 490
Free test : 110
Estradiol: 23
DHT : 90 ( range is 25 - 75 )
Normally my dht is 35 when natural T levels are 312. Why would dht be so high on test injection ?

Im sure everyone here is getting tired of hearing me say this but hormonal issues are generally due to long term nutritional deficiencies. The prostate, like all sex organs depends heavily on iodine/iodide, so does the thyroid and thyroid function directly affects sex hormone production. My recommendation would be to look into supplementing iodine and all the recommended co supplements. Check the sticky thread at the top of this forum "young and low T" for a fairly long conversation on the subject.

My doctors have been worrying about my PSA level for several years and at times I do experience prostate pain especially when my Test level drops to around 200. Ouch.

So to keep from taking the oxybutynin chloride and urinating so damn much, I measure out the fluids that I'm going to drink for any particular day whether it's a workout day, martial arts day, Tai Chi and yoga day or going on some business. I set out the fruit juices, the milk, the protein drink mixes, the supplement drink mixes, and the distilled water. I like to have a soup of some kind twice a day which add to the fluids. The meals are in there somewhere.
I try to keep my test level over or close to 600ng/dl->1,500ng/dl. every month which helps to keep my prostate gland at a normal size and pain-free.
I get no pain or swelling in my prostate gland during my injection periods and my PSA stays around .08 all of which puzzles the hell out of my urologists and my PCP's.
