Prostate cancer in young men?

Does it happen? I have a friend who his doctor says his PSA reading was off the charts and they're going to redo it but if it is high again they're going to have to check for cancer. At least those are the facts as I understood them.

Is it possible for a 23 year old to get prostate cancer?
