Prostate and colon health?

Daily psyllium for colon. And a colonoscopy at age 50 (or sooner if colon cancer is in your family). That's very important. I know several people who have had them already and everyone had at least 1 polyp removed. You don't want that shit inside you.
For prostate, daily sex and supplementary whacking off. :)

Lol. I have Colon cancer in my family. I'm only 25 but shit it couldn't hurt!!!

Prostate prevention sounds fun haha...

Go to craigslist and look for prostate massage.

fuck waiting til your 50. I dont have it in my family and ill probably go before I hit 40. get bloodwork done as often as your insurance or wallet will allow and get your PSA done. (prostate antibodies) .

My Urologist said yes you need to ejaculate often to clear the liquid out so It doesn't get any buildup of bacteria. It's not medically proven but excess buildup of liquid may cause irritation and possible cancer.

When ever I take my caber the night before and wake up with a boner the next morning i make sure I clear any built up liquid.

PSA test is a good suggestion. It's become a controversial test, but I still get it done with my annual physicals.

anything over say 250mg test wk I get bph symptoms. piss all the time and get up during the night. nothing else though. but even with bph symptoms my psa is non existant. but psa can be an indicator of cancer or other issues. if the number goes up then it may not diagnose anything but it can let you know something is going on.

PSA is a good test. Doesn't hurt to get it done amongst other things.

I take saw palmetto but who knows if this is even effective or not. Figure its better than nothing. I wack off constantly so I keep those tubes clear lol

One easy thing is eat lots of fiber, possibly by adding a supplement. This will make you feel better in general.

Yea I need to do something Bc I'm pissing every 10 min. And I can feel some constant pressure down there. Btw I'm on 500 mg of sust. And using need2guard.

yeah your just getting some enlargement symptoms. mega dose some saw palmetto and youll likely get some relief in a week or two. theres a few prostate specific supps out there too.

If it's that bad, you should get your prostate checked and possibly get checked for VDs (anything is possible). A prostate massage (doctor) would help on the spot.

I have the same on cycle prostate problems.

Recently compared labels on about a dozen products. Prostate Support - Clinical Strength (note: there are 2 strengths) by Now looked to be the best.

I double dosed it for a week and I was back to pissing like a pro. It's now and on cycle staple for me.

Just order the NOW prostate support. I'll run the full bottle and if it's not enter ill head to the doctors. I know this isn't something to mess with.

I asked my dr for one and she just about threw me out of the office.
Hell her finger was already up my ass I didn't see what the big deal was.

When I said that the PSA test has become controversial, here's what I meant;

Some organizations no longer recommend routine screening.
The reason is that the PSA test will detect small tumors that many men have, but never grow and never cause them problems. Treating for these positive results (and for false positives which is another problem), can cause harm from side effects to men who would not have had any problem if they did nothing.

Some studies have also shown that men who get annual PSA tests don't have any benefit from the testing.
If you want to read more about it:

Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test - National Cancer Institute

With all that said, I still get it done annually, but I keep in mind that if I get a positive result one day, the best action may still be to do nothing.

Yeah I got the idea of what you meant. I just said if your insurance pays for it then might as well do it. Yes the PSA can let you know something is going on but it can also be a pain in the ass with false positives or detecting things that may never be an issue.
