Pro's can I get some advice?

Basically i've been dealing with back pain for the past couple years. I am 21 and fairly fit (have tried losing weight since my pain started, in attempt to reduce it). I've tried a whole bunch of prescribed phama's, muscle relaxants, gabapentine etc. Nothing seems to work. My pain management specialist discharged me after not being able to help me. They tried anesthetic injections along my back/spine, which almost completely took away the pain...but only for a couple hours (1-4 hours tops)... amazing but not enough pain relief.
I've tried deca which sort of helps the day of, a little bit less the next day, a little bit less the day after that, and then effects begin to diminish as well. Someone recommended HGH? I'm curious if anyone has any advice or suggestions for different things?
Ps. my pain seems to be muscular pain for the most part.

Sorry to hear about your back pain bro. Unfortunately, there's not much that will help. GH won't do anything to relieve it. Deca helps for joints but as far as helping back pain, I don't think it will do much more than what you've experienced. I'm surprised it even helped at all. If pain meds don't help, any AAS/GH won't be much of help either. I don't know if they offered surgery but with back surgery, it either makes it worse, barely helps, and sometimes you get lucky and it fixes the issue. Back pain is one of those things I've realized over the years that it's hard to fix completely.

But there isn't much in GH that would alleviate any pain or anything like that unfortunately. If Deca helped a little, I would say that may be your best bet. How much did you take?

Maybe others who have had similar experiences with back pain could give some ideas on what helped them.

Sorry bro. You're young and hope you find a solution. I've read a lot of good things regarding turmeric for back pain. Not sure if that will help or not but its worth a shot.

get your DR to prescribe some Tramadol(ultram) it works but you have to do it all at once instead of one pill 3 times a day to 3 all at once with or after eating, after a few days you will get an upset stomach stomach. Its not a miracle but it makes the day more pleasant being pain free.

You're young to be like this, i would find a Dr that specialize in Pain, You need to get this fixed while you're young and not keep taking meds for pain.

For those who might say Practice what you preach i'm 64 so anything is not gonna do me much good.

I'm wondering if I should stack GH with the deca for a bit?
I get that a lot.. I'm too young for this lol.
I used to be heavily into bodybuilding and trained with a wbff pro for quite some time.
My mri showed herniated and bulging disc and pinched nerves. However most of my pain seems to be muscular, myofascial pain.

I seriously doubt HGH is going to help any at your age your body is making enough HGH, now for those who are close to 40 the bodys output for HGH is way less when you were younger thats why we call it "the fountain of youth"

Why so many problems? were you in a car wreck?

Pilates bro. People may give you shit, but it works for back pain.

I herniated my L4-L5 to go along with some spinal muscle tears and stenosis. I was 20 when I injured it, tried everything conceivable for about a year, finally tried pilates and within a few months I could get through most days without a lot of pain.

Along with dropping BF pilates will help. It made me able to function day-to-day without any problem and I can do some things in the gym that I couldn't before.

I still don't squat, I used to squat pretty damn big. Now I'd be scared as hell to put 315 on the bar. Although it sucks, there are probably some things that you could do before the injury that you won't be able to do even after you've recovered.

my back/spine/neck are messed up from car crash ( someone drove into me) and i have found deca helps the pain a bit, but not much. I avoid opiate drugs because its not gonna fix my issue and will destroy your body and your lucky if you dont end up addicted to them or die from them.
I have medical MJ script now, it helps, but not alot. atleast its safer than all my other options...
its life... sucks... i want to cry half the day from the pain, but you get used to it... damn just reading this thread it reminding me howmuch my back hurts right now : ( ....

Could someone possibly guide me on running a cycle of deca with hgh?
Currently doing 1.5ml of dec.
I'm trying this now as a last alternative, as I have tried mostly everything else and nothing seems to help.
I currently visit a myofascial physiotherapist who also gave me yoga/stretches which i do.
I also have a med. mj card, and it does help. but I'm trying to figure out a solution to the problem and trying different things until i find what works. Yeah I was rear-ended by a long-haul tractor trailer at full speed when i was stopped but it was when i was younger.
