Proper use of AI's.....??

I have taken Test 250mg wk and a Winny, Var cycle in the past. I never really messed with any AI's nor did I have to.

Just to make sure what I should do in the case of an emergency or alot of bloating occurs here is my cycle:
1-10 Test Cyp 250mg Mon/Thurs= 500mg wk
6-12 Anavar 50mg ed

In case I need to use Adex or Nolva what dosages should I take it at?? I have both.
.25 Adex eod or .5 Adex eod? Nolva during PCT, about 20mg ed?

I know there have been many threads like this before but I start my cycle on Monday and want to be completely prepared and do this right. Thanks for your help!

adex during the cycle .25-.50ed. Nolva for PCT. adex will negatively affect your blood lipids, but it is much stronger than Nolva. Nolva will only block the receptor site and not the actual estrogen production. Nolva can actually make your lipid profile better in some.

I look much harder during a cycle if I use adex rather than nolva.
