i looked on erxr.net or w/e and couldnt find the proper way to do deadlifts... im curious to see if ive been doing them right since the weight has increased but doesnt feel entirely right..
Go to the powerlifting forum here - there is a sticky on DL technique. On the site you were looking at, check the lower back/erectors/hamstrings or some such link, I remember the DL as hard to locate there.
