Proper clomid dose

What dose of clomid is good to use during pct. The last week I've been using 25 mg ed. I'm trying to avoid side effects but I'm not sure if it's enough. I might bump it up to 50mged.

I like it with NOLVA for PCT to for 3 weeks.
CLOMID:
WK1: 100MG
WK2: 50MG
WK3: 50MG

I used to do what Alin does.. now all I do is nolva, 40mg/day week 1, 20mg/day week 2, and that's it. 2 weeks has always been enough to recover even from being on heavy for 8 months. I'd go at least 3 weeks just to be sure though. All that other junk, the OTC stuff, apparently it's good too, I've just never needed it myself!
