well these late night cheat meals have NOT been intentional but it seems like when i don't have these my muscles are real flat and fat loss stops as well as muscle gains....with 1 cheat meal eod after training/before bed things seem to progress nicely....could it be the t3? is there any truth to this or am i trying to make myself feel better about the 2500cals i just ate at once?
