Hey everyone. This is my first post in the forum. And I'm new to prohoromones. I've done alot of research on these and i figured I would ask y'all.!! I've heard and seen alot about the Halo Extreme and Helladrol. Was wanting to see what u guys suggest. I've tried mastrol before. I'm pretty lean as it is. Just trying to bulk up some and rip up.

Age - 29
Wgt- 155lbs
Height- 5ft10

The new katanadrol is out. Its great for adding lean mass. So is epistane as well. I would definitely pick up some daa and run that. It will raise natural test and help you add some mass.

Sounds like your diet isn't good you only weigh 155 at 5,10" diet and training first once you put on more size then you can start chemical enhancements but I would not even bother right now

Yeah ..i eat a good bit and pretty healthy I think!! But I've never been able to pack on weight! I'm cut now a lil. But i want to weigh around 175 and be cut and not 155. Lol. Its kinda like a big chick with big breast.!! I was told that some prohoromones helps with weight and building muscle and cutting

On average How many calories are u consuming daily? Protien intake? I wouldn't condone prohormones at your size yet but then again when I was first introduced to prohormones I was about ur size .. It works and you'll probably keep most your gains but there's healthier choices you can try first before trying phs

Learn proper nutrition. Phs won't do any good if you don't know proper diet- which doesn't sound like you do.
 
I was 160 when I started sd this year!at bout your height.I'm now 220 that's 60 pounds in a year!I might look like a success but I dealt with so Many sides till I reached about 190 then I was fine.I'm just stubborn and dealt with it!up to you bro the gains are there if you want them but you'll be fucked up a bit

Yes. Your right. The food part is hard. I dnt think I eat bad but i dnt think I'm getting the protein nor the calories I need a day!!

If its you first or first for awhile halo or epi maybe sides aren't that bad.I had used dbol and var before but not for 2 years and I jumped into beastdrol lol gained 12kg but nearly fucking killed me!I was the dumbass that ran min supports and fucked pct though I did keep 8 kg : ) man superdrol is the best stand alone oral out there but make sure you have your support supps or your gonna be feeling pretty bad man! Speaking of which I gotta get me some taurine today fuckin back pumps came on bad yesterday!

I would like to know your diet cause I still don't think you are eating right, if you are gonna take halo you won't gain jack shit if your diet isn't right since it is so mild

your 28 years old and you only way 155 at 5'10"... you have NO BUSINESS even talking about or thinking about any sort of ph or steroid... your diet is obviously seriously lacking... it sounds like you already know that... so you think there's a magic pill for that? say you run something and maybe gain a little weight... your just going to lose it all right after pct with the kind of diet you have... you probably wont gain that much either considering you don't know how to eat properly... you can put on A MINIMUM of 20 lbs. by just eating properly and training right... post up your diet and your training...

My man dylan is spot on there. In my opinion diet is 75% of this struggle. Just do some more research on diets and having the right macros and stuff BEFORE you try any ph. Youd be surprised what your body would look like once you figure out the type of diet that works. It just comes with trial and error my friend, trust me, im 34 and finally figuring out the best way to eat for my body comp. Dont rush into anything bro. Diet right first then go from there. no way you have been working out very long... even with a shitty diet i don't see how you can have those stats if you were in the weight room building mass.

i have 2 links in my signature for a diet and a workout split. read those and do that for the next year and you will easily put on plenty of mass!

Yeah. You are correct. I haven't been lifting that long. Kinda new to it. Got a younger brother that's pretty damn stout kinda helping me. Before the gym I weighed about 165. But did a ass of cardio cause I had a damn pooch goin on. I look like i still weigh 165 from what everyone says. I just lost inches around mid section. Chest has got bigger and arms have. Just got to get my weight up. And I see knw the diet is got to be the problem. I eat good. But I don't think i eat enough. So will def change that before messing with Ph. Also. Any suggested protein shakes or anything you guys suggest!! Keep in mind I'm not trying to get huge. Lol. Thanks again.!

Hey I'm glad you are willing to come forward and admit it rather then just argue a lie like many will so props to you dude, just be patient and you will get there I promise, you just gotta do a little tweaking, Dylan is right lots of protein throughout the day. In the jist if things you just wanna put down a ton of calories since it sounds as though you have a pretty fast metabolism so you shouldn't have to worry about to much bf gain, you can still do cardio at the end of your workout if you like but keep it to about 10 mins of hiit cardio no need to do anymore since your trying to bulk

Syntha has more than than I want in protein powder- true mass is just protein powder mixed with sugar- I have never tried NTBM protein powder so I cannot speak for them.

However, I personally use Gaspari Myofusion--(cook with it too for things like oatmeal and such)
