your 28 years old and you only way 155 at 5'10"... you have NO BUSINESS even talking about or thinking about any sort of ph or steroid... your diet is obviously seriously lacking... it sounds like you already know that... so you think there's a magic pill for that? say you run something and maybe gain a little weight... your just going to lose it all right after pct with the kind of diet you have... you probably wont gain that much either considering you don't know how to eat properly... you can put on A MINIMUM of 20 lbs. by just eating properly and training right... post up your diet and your training...

don't let the pro hormone thing fool you. the compounds you mentioned ARE REAL STEROIDS!! they are sold as pro hormones but they are very real.

at your weight you just don't need them yet. pick up a bottle but stash it away for future use.

no way you have been working out very long... even with a shitty diet i don't see how you can have those stats if you were in the weight room building mass.

i have 2 links in my signature for a diet and a workout split. read those and do that for the next year and you will easily put on plenty of mass!
 
On average How many calories are u consuming daily? Protien intake? I wouldn't condone prohormones at your size yet but then again when I was first introduced to prohormones I was about ur size .. It works and you'll probably keep most your gains but there's healthier choices you can try first before trying phs

Yeah. You are correct. I haven't been lifting that long. Kinda new to it. Got a younger brother that's pretty damn stout kinda helping me. Before the gym I weighed about 165. But did a ass of cardio cause I had a damn pooch goin on. I look like i still weigh 165 from what everyone says. I just lost inches around mid section. Chest has got bigger and arms have. Just got to get my weight up. And I see knw the diet is got to be the problem. I eat good. But I don't think i eat enough. So will def change that before messing with Ph. Also. Any suggested protein shakes or anything you guys suggest!! Keep in mind I'm not trying to get huge. Lol. Thanks again.!

Hey I'm glad you are willing to come forward and admit it rather then just argue a lie like many will so props to you dude, just be patient and you will get there I promise, you just gotta do a little tweaking, Dylan is right lots of protein throughout the day. In the jist if things you just wanna put down a ton of calories since it sounds as though you have a pretty fast metabolism so you shouldn't have to worry about to much bf gain, you can still do cardio at the end of your workout if you like but keep it to about 10 mins of hiit cardio no need to do anymore since your trying to bulk
