I'm not sure about your question, but just curious, have you tried wrist straps? How did you injure your wrist and did you see a doctor?
I had an injured wrist for about a month, but I simply had to start very light and work up slowly and by the time I got to my normal weights, it wasn't bothering me any more. Oh and I wore a wrist brace to keep me from moving it too much.
Just make sure you don't put too much stress on it! I learned the hard way, just LET IT HEAL. Meaning, if it hurts, don't do it (or lower the weight). You'll be glad you did
