Progress--week 2

I just wanted to give an update on my current cycle--it's only 2 weeks in, but worth an input.

Prop 100 mg eod
sus 125 eod
NPP 100 eod

Strict diet & have gained 8lbs. I feel hard as a rock & mentally feel great--no sides.

I've done sus 1xweek before & can honestly say that eod is the way to go. I feel alert, positive & have great workouts. With the 1x week (sus)program I was a mess mentally--the variance of test levels was not for me.
Just thought I would let you know.

I like your cycle especially reguarding you doing sust eod! I dont give 2 shits what anyone else thinks about doing it once a week because sust in long acting. Its stupid: test levels up and down, and you dont get the most you can out of the short acting esters in sust. Good work. Post some pics of your progress if you can

#1 3 egg whites(hard boiled), 1 blue bunny yogurt
#2 Protein Bar (Advantage Atkins, Smores Bar)
#3 Chicken Breast & Brown Rice
#4 Protein Bar (Carb Wathchers Gold--Caramel Peanut)
#5 Protein Shake/1 whole egg (Optimum Nutrition)
#6 Steak & Vegetable (broccoli/yam or spinach--all steamed)

I'm 6'3" 233lbs(was 225lbs) I'm very surprised of the gains, considering it's not alot of food or gear---very frickin happy.

The whole point of Sustanon to use the short ester until the long ones kick in. Chasing the short esters in Sust is beyond stupid, imo. It was created to be taken 1-2 times a month. If you're going to do it EOD you may as well do Prop.

Damn nice gains for not tons of food and gear like you say. I'm gonna try that diet on my next cycle but add some tuna anc chicken, but good results keep up the good work!!

So if you do sus EOD, do you do that for 3 weeks then stop injecting it so the built up longer esters can kick in on their own ??
 
No--I originally planned on it, but decided against it.

No--I'm going with EOD for the full 10 weeks. I don't want to mess with a good thing.

Yes now you got it mate!

Its called "downramping". You get the most out of all those short esters and then stop injecting for the next ten days (half lifes people). Your test levels will reach a high plateau and then start to drop after those ten days (downramping) which is when you start something more anabolic for instance like Durabolin (no, not deca). Dont argue with me on this. Draw out a damn chart for fuck sakes and you tell me which is better. Once a week or ED. YOUR chart will be all over the radar :p and mine will be straight as an arrow ;) .

And to buddy who said that it was MEANT to be injected once a week or whatever.... :p Ya maybe when it comes to andropause in the medical practice but not when it comes to building muscle. Just think about it! To your comment about just using Prop instead: This isnt about how to use prop correctly, we are talking about sust.
 
I am on my first cycle...how much should you do EOD if you wanna inject 300mgs every week? I am guessing 100mgs...lmk thanks.

Most people who shoot it ED or EOD dont run it like that. They continue the ED shots throughout the entire sust cycle.

And I dont care how often you inject it. ED for 1500mg/wk total, or 2-3x a week for 1500mg/wk total. Your overall gains wont be significantly different either way.

Ya, I know most people dont do it like that but they should...I sound like a dick on this thread but Im trying not to be.

Do me a favour and pm outlaw and I'll write you up a cycle and explain it. Dont take it like Im trying to be the teacher and your the pupil sort of deal Im just out of time to write and I gotta run.

You'd have to inject about 45mgs ED or 90mgs EOD. You'll be doing a little more than 300mgs/week at 100mgs EOD. Dont worry about it though because 300mgs a week is pretty mild and by going over 50mgs every week will not change too much but will be slightly beneficial in reguards to gains.
