Progress so far,, what to expect?

I´ve been injecting a mix of test e and eq for approx. 3 weeks now (im on day 22). So far I feel no side effects, libido may be up (but that may also just be placebo). Bench is up about 25 lbs but that´s it, haven´t seen much gains elsewhere. What to expect? Im injecting 300mg test, 300mg eq per week. It´s my first cycle. I don't want to step on a scale because I think I´d just get bitter and dissappointed hahah, I don´t feel like I´m bigger. I'm a little stronger but I think that could just as well be placebo. Should I just be patient or is my gear just fake? Hope u guys can help.

Bench is up to 300 lbs from 275 lbs
Do weighted dips with 175 lbs, up from 154
Leg press up to 425 lbs.

I´m really small though, if u saw me you´d probably think I benched about 150 lbs hahah, hoping my cycle changes that a bit...

Also, post up your diet so that we can help you get the maximum results.

It may take another week or so for you to notice the real effects of these long-acting injectibles.
 
4th or 5th weeks yull start to feel good, by the 7th week you should be really seeing the difference thats if your diet and training is in check.
 
Im 6ft1 and 176lbs. What do you guys mean, want body measurements and weightlifting stats? Im not going to step on a scale just yet so I dont know if I've gained weight but find it highly unlikely.. I mean I can always tell if I´m heavier. As for my diet Im trying to up my calorie intake, eating every two hours.. here´s a typical day:

Breakfast: 2 brown breads with cheese, banana, high protein dairy product with about 4 egg whites in it (about 60 g protein), water
2 hours later right before gym: 2 chicken breasts + sweet potatoes or just some carbs, orange juice
meal 3: bread with cottage cheese, some penaut butter and just anything that gives me up to 50 grams of protein, usually eat the low fat dairy product that is very high in protein
meal 4 (at 18): chicken breast
supper: just whatever is on the menu haha, but try to stick to chicken and fish
before bedtime: egg whites and cottage cheese

Typical training week:
monday (mornings): legs, monday evening: forearms and abs
tuesday: back
wednesday : shoulders
thursday(mornings): biceps thursday evening: legs
friday: chest and abs
saturday: off
sunday: triceps and biceps, maybe abs

Im trying to focus on high intensity so im lifting very heavy with the rule "if i can do it 6 times it's too light"... so i aim for 4 times... I´m also trying to work with free weights as much as I can. Really focusing on legs and arms right now coz my chest is kinda out of proportion.
 
If you don't see any difference in another 2 weeks, then something may be wrong. I personally see Test results in 3-4 weeks. Some people take longer.
 
By week 5 you should start seeing some gains, and alot more strength gains bro. By week 10 or 11 you'll start seeing more gains obviously but you'll also start Seeing some vascularity from the eq. I never reccommend eq for a first cycle because when running eq you need to run it for atleast 14 weeks to get the best results and IMO that's to long for a first cycle. But since your already 3 weeks in just keep your diet super clean and make sure to run this cycle for at least 14 weeks.
What are your plans for PCT?
 
I just have to say.. Your dipping over 350lbs and you can only leg press 425lbs? I can leg press 1000lbs but don't think I could even dip 300lbs twice LOL. Start working them wheels bro!!
 
I'd give it time bro... at least your lifts are increasing, that's a good start...for me, I start to feel the magic well after the 4th week usually... so be patient.... also, you may need to consider increasing calories if you're looking to gain (of course, keeping it clean)
 
yup but have you always leg pressed 1000 lbs ?? haha we gotta start somewhere ;) yup I know I´m working on legs, that´s something I havent been focusing enough on...
