i told you guys about a month ago how i fell ill had a serious malaria infection and enteric fever.was hospitalized before that i had being training for 9 weeks,aand moved my bench from 105-190ibs.i weighed 139 when i started but moved on to weigh 152ibs before i fell ill.all natural.i started lifting again some three weeks back and at the started i complained about strength loss!!well now i am getting close to where i was before.last time i hit 160 on the incline bench press, i felt happier and i did for 4 reps.i look forward to getting tto 170 by next workout!!.
my squat also is up to 166.from 140!.in 2weeeks.i hope i keep growing ,but i need help with my weight andd also chest development
