Hello. Looking for profess advice, and or adjustments. Thank you in advance.
5 months in.
I'm doing:
1ml deca 2x's a week
600 mg test cream (three pumps) per day
Lifting heavy 5 days a week, one body part per day. Intense.
I'm 5'10"
In January I was:
chest: 43 1/2
arm: 16.25 flexed
Waist: 35 1/2;
thigh: 22.5;
weight: 187
Now, June I am
chest: 44.5
arm: flexed 17.0
Waist: 35.5
thigh: 24.5
weight: 197
I look pretty thick for my size, and can tell there is some progress. A little fat coming in. Wondering if this sounds normal, if I should see more by now or have more patience...
