whats goin on bros .. i don't have any before pictures but i was a beer drinking frat boy who ate shit .. so you can get the idea from that .. i cut down 20 pounds in about 5 months (stopped drinking got a diet on point) also used lipoflame, amp02, and a two week run with clen. I just started a havoc cyclotren cycle so i will be posting up after that cycle as well .. my diet will be run at 2700 for this cycle as i want to lean up not gain tooo much mass

I would suggest trying to catch your upper body up to your legs. I would like to see more V-taper. Pull-ups bro, you can't go wrong.

yea iv always had that problem .. iv played football hockey n rugby for years so my legs are always being used .. i don't do as much leg work i have been working mainly on upper body

Get right into your compound lifts deads, squats and bench. Rip into the incline dumbell press and some incline dumbell curls for bi's

21 years old
iv been lifting since i was about 14 for sports but more seriously the last year year and a half .. i had a lot of weight to cut because i started with quite a beer belly
 
I am really Jealous of you young guys who have a good leanness to them

you can look HUGE in like 1-2 years once you find the way

yup especially with ur products, they work almost too well
 
at your age i would highly recomend a real basic size building program of squats, deadlifts, and bench. evn though your legs are ahead of your upper body higher rep squats will make your rib cage expand and give you more room for growth in your upper body which you look like you could use. youve got some good muscle thickness you just need to get whats under it to expand to make room for more growth. high rep squats followed by pullovers, arnolds favorite, will def do the trick. you can also throw in some bb rows, pull ups, bb curls, close grip bench or nose breakers, militarys and side lat raises. you look like you have awesome potential for huge calves so take advantage of those genetics. you look like you have awesome potential so make the best of it.
 
Id recommend staying away from clenbuterol...Other than that...keep working hard and eating right. You've got a great base to start from.
