OMG! You look awesome. Can you tell me about SC's program. I know I asked a million times already. Is it expensive?

e-mail him at [email protected]... he will give you a quote ASAP. I thought it was a little pricey, (I paid $200 for the program and consultaions), but I figured I have spent so much money on tons of supplements, piles of BB magazines and other useless crap, so I decided to give it a try. What sold me was the claims that guys were making that their strength actually increased on the program and they were 100% natural. I used RSOC's "fake" primo to maintain my muscle at a 400mg a week dose and I have really not lost much weight, but the BF looks to be melting off. I used no clen... I was using an ECA for 4 weeks, but that shit makes my heart palpitate at night so I dropped it.

He has two programs... one for cutting (SGX) and one for bulking (SUP). I am doing the SGX program until I hit 6-7%... maybe 5% if I feel crazy enough to keep going.

looks good in a short amount of time. what`s your % now?

NO clue... I am not doing an official test until I see veins in my lower abs. I think I will need 6 more weeks for that to happen.

Good improvement, is the program your on by swole just a diet/supplement or is it also training guided?

He provides diet/supp and training guidance. If you don't like his training program he asks you to provide yours to him so he can approve it. I

I understand what you are saying, but that is why he consults and makes individual reccomendation and changes that are specific to one's individual needs. It is nice to hit a stumbling block and be able to consult someone to take some of the guess work and trial and error out of the equation. Hell... every top bodybuilder has a nutritionist and a trainer and a slew of other experts helping them along.... so I think everyone can benefit from some external guidance every now and then.

really good progress bro....so for how long do u lift now??

You mean how long do I train? 45 minutes to an hour with weights 4 times a week. Cardio 6 days a week in the AM on an empty stomcah for 45 minutes.

Been training off and on for 12 years... I balooned up to 238 around Christmas... and finally decided I was ready to take the 8% or lower plunge. I never wanted to be under 200 pounds again, so I knew I needed the mass before I even considered leaning down.
