Progress Pics - 8th June 203

Well I hit 210lbs. Here are some progress pics

I'm still pretty bulked up though - I will lean up in time, but I wanna hit 220 and then lean down to 200
I do look like I've gone bigger, rather than just fatter :)

Shame you don't have some pictures from when you first got back into training again. Even so, in the last year you've made great progress.

Well I was actually very fat - like I had a 40+ inch waist and weighed 210lbs or so, then I dropped down to 180lbs with diet and weights. That's when I took my first pics :)

looking good, after a year the difference is big time, I imagine in another year you're going to be... actually don't imagine just post some more next year instead. =)

I feel me doing shoulder width chins on a powerrack may have helped me here, although genetics accounts for a lot I guess :)
Still the L-shaped grip does feel different, and tough on the grip too.

danm man....now im getting mad....i have had to stop training for about a month now....and its killing me...and now i have to see this kind of progress.. i have alot of lifting to do.... very insperational
 
i've said it before; you just keep improving, and very consistently at that. you obviously know what you're doing. good job man.

No platform here yet, but soon :D

Well it will slow done soon, I can't keep on getting heavier, I need to stay airbourne ;)
