OK...just finished wk4 of my 10 wk bulk cycle. Cycle consists of
sust 500mg/wk (wks 1-10) **mon/thurs shots
dbol 30mg/day (wks 1-4)
nolv 20mg/day (wks 2-3) **then my ldex came in
ldex 0.5mg EOD (wks 4-10)
Clomid Therapy
Everything is going great. I'm now 170lbs (up about 18lbs). Strength is wayyy up and continues to rise consistently. Running a 5x5 program, and diet consists of ~3500 cals (40/30/30 protein/carbs/fat). Taking r-ALA, glutamine, multi-vitamin. Saving creatine for post cycle.
Ok, so everything is going great, BUT... I am beginning to get bummed out about my BF%. I have always been 10% or lower. I started this cycle at about 10% and am now about 13%. My ideal weight right now is 170lbs at 7%BF. Would it be beneficial to hold cals at 3000 to try and lean out? Will some of the water weight start to go away now that I am tapering down on the dbol? I'll post end of week4 pics tomorrow.
Thanx for all the help soo far...
