Programing advice

i was hoping someone could help me; my sister is a netball player and i have been helping her in the weights room, ive had her squatting (5x5) and push pressing mainly during her off season and it has helped her vertical jumping, speed off the mark etc hugely.

However now she is back in season im unsure as to how to keep the training going, especially with the squatting because i dont want to burn her out. Should i be dropping the weight down and have her do more endurance type work with small set breaks? or should i keep the intensity and just cut the volume to maintain strength? or something completely different?

Any help would be greatly apprieciated

I don't know much about this but I'd assume you'd want to keep intensity high and reduce voluem to maintain strength but accomodate the fatigue she builds up during the season.
