Progesterone, estrogen gyno or both?

I noticed a lump under my right nippel 14 days ago.
First 10 days I took nolva 40-60mg ed and it just got a bit bigger I think. 4 days ago i started letro and I think it's still getting bigger or at least the same ( I know it take a lot longer for the letro to do it's magic).

Today i tried pressing the lump pretty hard and my nippel lactated and the lump got smaler. Now i'm confuced about what to do and what to take to make it better. Is it possible that I have got both kind of gyno
And is it normal that you can press the lump smaler

I thought that the 'rule' was:
lump = estrogen
lactating = progesterone.

My cycles has been:
S-drol 10 month ago, Tbol 7 month ago and Tbol/Anavar 3 month ago.
When i noticed the lump it was 2 month after i finnished nolva from last pct.

I have ordered some b6 and will try 3 x 200 mg ed. to take care of the lactating problem and carry on with the letro 2.5 mg ed.

Hope anyone can help me with what to do and what to take.

Please feel fri to comment regardless you think you can help or not. All help or comments are appreciated.

Thanks!

That sounds weird that you would be getting progesterone gyno from the substances you listed, but from your condition it does sound like progesterone gyno. It could also be something else (infection, tumor, etc.), so I would have it checked out by a doctor for SURE. Some bloodwork would also be able to give you a better idea as to what you are dealing with.

Yes it sounds very weird.
Can a tumor or infection lactate? It's white milky stuff and only if i press hard.
For about 3 month ago at the end of my tbol/anavar cycle i got bloodwork done because i had a bit puffy nippels. All was fine no high prolactin or estrogen, so i thought it just was in my head that my nippels was puffy.
But your right a new blood sample could give me an answer or maybe not, i'll just have to see.
Anyone who have had a lump plus the lactating problem?

If it is an infection it will probably have sometype of foul odor to it....but def go get a doctor to check it out...better safe than sorry bro
