My lifting is going really well, but i shruggle with pressing movements:(

Example lifting
Squats 110kg for 10 reps
Barbell bent over rows 110kg for 9 reps
Deadlift 150kg for 8 reps

Bench press 77.5kg for 7-8 reps

Shoulders:
Military press 2 sets 60kg x 8 reps
Side lateral raises 2 sets 17.5kg x12 reps
Rear dumbbell raises 2 sets 30kg x 10 reps

My shoulders aren't really growing, my rear delts have cos they were lagging behind but shoulder press either military, smith machine or shoulder press machine are poor.

Any ideas of how to change it around?
Natural i have small shoulders, as in bone stucture.

Many thanks in advance

your working your pressing muscles 3 times per week. shoulders on mon., chest on wend, and tri's on sat. might be ok for bodybuilding but tough to gain strengh on this kind of routine. if you want to gain stenght do your presing moves only 1 time per week at the most. just my 2cc's.........

Thats cool makes sense, cheers searay

As in a Chest, Shoulder and Triceps all in the same day. is that what you mean?

thats what i do... i seem to do much better when i limit my workouts as far as sets and # of days between workouts, the less time in the gym the better for me. for some people thats hard as they love to be in the gym, but if your busy with work etc. you may find your strength levels go up faster this way.

Not to change the subject but, at your size and weight you should not be on roids. No matter what, you should have been able to reach your size after 6 years of training. Your routine and diet probably need serious help.
