Problems with Discussion Board

1) I cannot vote.

Whenever I place a vote I get a blank page and it doesn't register.

2) I cannot add an avatar.

When I go to add an avatar I get this message:

ADMINISTRATOR: You MUST revert your modifyoptions template.

Please help.
