Problem with international orders

If a person was supposed to get something from a foriegn country that was supposed come non registered but the package shows up with a mail person that the reciever had never seen before and the package all of a sudden requires a signature - this would probably be a bad thing right?

And would anybody know what would happen to the package then after if it was refused?

I have got packages from overseas and have never once had to sign for it.
Let it go, just not worth the risk

I have heard that it is more suspicious to refuse to sign. that is why I never send it to a place where is store my gear. If you sign for it and then write return to sender on it and leave it alone for atleast 72 hours you can say it was not yours and you have no idea what it is. But if you know that it was not suposed to have a signiture in the first place I would not sign for it.

The more telling part for me is that it was a mailman you didn't recognize. I say always get to know your mailman, you never know when that will come in handy. I had a package mistakenly on my part come international, but I know my mailman and I could I think I could spot the look on him if he were control delevering me, I mean we shot the shit sometimes. After a long look at his face and asking him are you sure this is for me, I signed and it was cool. It strange that you never had to sign before, but the fact it was a new delivery guy really sets me off. Good play bro.

CAUTION!!!

I think I remeber reading on one of rick collins' posts that this was a myth, and not effective, which makes sense since it would be too easy a formulaic way to avoid prosecution.

check with rick collins or his book or a lawyer before relying on this

I do not always have the same mailperson. They seem to change frequently around here. They make mistakes. I have signed for items before when I should not have had to. Not gear though. It depends how familiar you are with your source. Was it express? If so must have signature, unless waived. Check with the source if he waived signature or was it priority. If your place is clean and no way of tracking funds sent you probably are ok. If you return to sender let the source know and have him send it priority to another address. Hope this helps.

The person didn't sign for it. It was a first time order for international. But the sender said they don't send anything registered and it was supposed to be sent in small packages but it came in one somewhat big poorly packaged envelope.

The person's order wasn't that large really, it was mostly clomid/nov and only 100 dbol.

Needless to say the person thinks the situation sucks...

The old "return to sender" note will not work...if you sign and its a sting..you better believe that within SECONDS Big Brother will be reading you your rights.....my point is that it'll all go down right then and there....if you're lucky enough to write it quickly enough..you may be able to use it as a minor plea in your defense...but what it comes down to is ...if you sign..you better be prepared for the consequences....

Though its hard to think this way bro, you should know that this situation only kinda sucks. Really sucks is what coulda happened. You live to fight another day, short some cash and gear but still a free man.
