problem with injection area

I injected my quads 4 days ago and the area around the injection sites is still sore, not as bad as it was, but srill the sore. My right leg feels wobbly, like it will give out sometimes from certain angles. WHAT THE FUCK?. Any thoughts. did I hit a nerve or something? I dont want to go to a Dr. and let him know the deal cause he'll put it inmmy records and an Insurance company will see that one day. What do you think?
