That happened here (SLC). The old guy killed a whole family of illegals waiting at a bus stop, didn't know he did it, and was caught when he took his car to a gas station to get the engine looked at. It was running badly because he hit a telephone poll when he hit the family. The guy at the gas station called it in because there was blood all over the car. Nothing happened to him.

Heck yeah. At least he would be a productive member of society making license plates. Heck, this guy and get behind the wheel again and go out and hurt more people. Something needs to be done. Taking his license away or something else just as lax will not solve a thing.

If he killed any of my friends or family I'd send him to his grave.
