Pro-Tan Tips

I have a contest in 4 days. I don't have a very dark tone skin, and when I tan I get red and then a light tan. I have purchased Pro-tan are there any tips or suggestions to come in dark?

what's pro-tan? Myabe try mystic tan or something.

Apply more then 2 coats, but wash them off - I know it sounds strange. Think of it as having a "base" tan. 48 hours prior, get a full coat of protan, let it dry and when you wake up, take a good shower. The night before, do 2 coats of pro-tan, and make sure whoever is doing the coating is making it even - pt can leave spots if done wrong. After the 1st coat you'll know if the protan shade is right or you need a 2nd and possible 3rd coat - that's going to be up to you at that point.

I use a similar method-but the night before I apply Jan Tana on top of the Pro tan. It seems to apply more evenly. And whatever you do, make sure you trust the person that oils your back at prejudging. Too much will blur your definition. If I was in your show and you asked me to oil your back I'd dump the whole bottle on your traps and let it roll down your back. lol

Spraying Hot Stuff vasodilator on their nuts is a great confidence killer too.
