i happen to know the guy who has placed 3rd in the IFBB New zealand pro and first in the australian NABBA, and another who competes in the NABBA worlds still and does quite well and is sponsored by a well known supplement company

3 grams of testerone ethanthate weekly
500mg deca weekly
treneblone ranging form anywhere between 500-1000mgs
insulin twice a day
synthol used in calves, middle delts, and forearms
he also mentioned before comps using winstrol, T3, more insulin, and clen, cant rememeber doses
he also mentioned never using diuretics in his belief that if your in good condition and truely shredded u wont need any
also mentioned HGH as a great product btu coudl rarely run it due to how expensive it was
also talked about the time he neally died before the NZ pro becoz he was doing a insulin shot in hsi room, and the officials called him and the other pros for a meeting before he had a chance to eat anything, then during during the meeting fainted and became ill, and mentioned dexter jackson shovling a can of soft drink down his throat while he was on the floor
as for the guy who does the NABBA still

synthol in calves, arms (tris and bis), shoulders, lats, forearms regularaly, and anything else he feels is lagging at the time, he mentioned certain parts of his quads aswell and talked about it being the worst experience of his life, but preached that synthol was the way of modern bodybuilding
T3 before comp, high does of both masteron and winnie, i remeber the mast he liked at 1000mgs, and mentioned a week or 2 before comps hed hit 1500mgs if he could afford it
also mentioned appetite suppresents like duromine were a god send to him before comps, also talked about how he found a low dose of ritalin during dieting time crushed his appetite and gave him energy and focus like nothing else to get through the hard dieting days
i should mention wen i see this guy workout he sweats like something ive never seen, there really is no one ive ever seen like this, he makes branch warren working out look dry, carrys a 4 litre milk bottle full fo water while he works out and ends up refilling it just past halfway
