Prioritizing

I want to know what I should do. If I prioritize my body parts, and it means to train weaker less developed body parts first: should I train Triceps before Shoulders and chest, Biceps before back. Well my Shoulders, Triceps, and Biceps Fall behind to the rest of my body. Any help is appreciated.
 
Prioritizing is less a matter of order and more a matter of intensity, or even volume. You always want to train large muscle groups before small. That's your first priority. After that, try to hit your weaker muscles first, but focus more on variety, concentration, volume, and intensity while doing them.
