Prior Stage Experience Please...

OK before you steeped up on the stage for the first time how long did your cutting cycle last,,,, For all you guys that really put on the weight and cut down around 30-50 pounds.....

What were your choices of super supp's?

Of course Diest is of # 1 importance......

Water intake .........

I decided 8 weeks out to compete in my first show and had ALOT of fat to lose, so I had to really overdo it with dieting and cardio.
I started dieting at around 270, dropped to 215 for the first show (way too dehydrated) and 225 for second one two weeks later.

First 4 weeks:
45-60min cardio (treadmill or elliptical) in am before breakfast.
2 hr training in evenings
500g protein a day
200-250g carbs a day
Lots of water (around 3 gallons a day)

Last 4 weeks:
1hr cardio in morning before breakfast
45-60min cardio at night before bed
20-30 min practice posing in evening
550g protein a day
50-100g carbs a day

Anabolics:
only had tren, 75mg EOD (should have used ED)
next time will include test, EQ, Winny, Fina

supps:
flax seed oil (20-30g a day)
creatine (up to 2 weeks out)
glutamine
multi
3g vitamin C
