you can either do what CK was saying on the elliptical or you can run 1mile ED or EOD. I'm assuming you want to build mass right? if you don't care then do all the cardio you want..

generally in my experience once i get 1.5 miles on a jog is when i stop. more than that and you can expect catabolism. but like i said above not everyone on here is looking to build mass. we have guys who want that beachboy look, strongmen, MMA fighters, boxers, all kinds of people.

when i give advice on here its geared towards bodybuilders

trying to build more mass but lose fat hard to blance the two
 
yeah your cardio is fine.. i never said it wasn't. I'm just saying don't do TOO MUCH cardio. unless you want to turn into what I was as a runner, 133 pounds soaking wet.

1.5 miles ED is pretty close to what you are doing anyway.

and yes its hard to balance the two, no one said this was an easy sport.. but I love it.
 
agreed running is very catabolic that's why I use the eliptical with the arms my whole body gets a workout and so pumped doing it :)
 
bro do sprints,, work on exploding out of the gate for distances with good form & repeat.. Look at any sprinter even the women. You will see that they are cut up & pretty massive. You can look up any kind of sprint routine on most sites Or just Google it.... you will have to practice your form at first but once you get it down you will be using your whole body in an explosive way.. its all the cardio you will need.. good luck
 
I'd recommend HIIT sprints on the elliptical or stairs.. love both, feels like fat just drips off the body. When I do HIIT sprints with the elliptical I can feel my metabolism stay high for at least a day after, and body temp is higher.
