primo is a drug that only works if you make it work....test, dbol, deca, tren and even var will all have noticeable effects even if you don't train hard or diet right...but primo takes a good effort to see its effects....you need a clean high protien diet, hardcore training, and atleast 600mg.....primo works best when you put your body in a catabolic state.....

damn bro thats a lot of "boo-boos"!! lol 10cc's every week!! i am running 1200mg for the first two weeks but its 200mg/ml and less painful than scherings....although scherings blow it out of the water in terms of gains.....and i figured out that var with primo is much better than winstrol and primo for those considering primo/winstrol....they do just about the same damn thing.

Primo gains are the most solid and long lasting -- partly because what you gain is clean with no bloat and the nitrogen retention builds real muscle. Once you have it, you just have to train to keep it.
But yeah, Boston, 150 grams of protein? Dude, that's low for a natty looking to grow. Up that to 300 grams while on Primo and the difference is astounding.
All steroids are essentially "bulkers." They work best in a calorie surplus. You just won't get that puffy look with Primo, but if that's what you like, add some D-bol and creatine. You'll blow up.
